Security plan

Budgets and work certifications
The budget is made from the description and measurements of the items included in the project documentation and which define the tasks to be carried out.
Each contractor, depending on its organization and means, must establish a unit price adapted to its real cost, therefore, a good cost control system is essential to obtain a reliable price base specific to the company.
The work certification quantifies the work executed during a period of time, following the criteria defined in the project or any other system previously established.
If new unforeseen items appear during the course of the work, the constructor may propose a new price based on other similar items included in the budget or, if so agreed, value it by administration once executed, quantifying the actual cost of the project. execution.
Technical advice
During the course of the works usually appear difficult to solve details, materials or innovative systems, complex or unknown by the constructor, it may happen that the resolution of a point has several options and you have to choose the best method.
