PROCESS OF OBTAINING THE CERTIFICATE
1. VISIT HOUSING / LOCAL
Visual inspection and data collection (surfaces, materials, guidelines, installations ...)
Duration: between 30 min and 2 hours
2. OFFICE WORK
The data obtained is entered into a computer program that simulates the energy performance of the property and determines its rating.
3. REGISTRATION AND DELIVERY
We register the certificate at the town hall (10 years validity)
And we deliver to the client the energy certificate together with its energy label, and improvement measures (optional to be carried out)
